Yes, it is mandatory. If you don’t have insurance, we can arrange for you a weekly diving insurance for you. It is an international insurance that covers all diving accidents as well as and Search & Rescue.

It is normal to feel pressure in the ears when descending. We will teach you equalization techniques to relieve any discomfort.

If you have suffered from ear problems, it is essential to consult a physician specialised in diving medicine before enrolling on a course.
