Embark on a live-aboard experience centered on dolphins and sharks. We will sail to Sataya, famous for its playful dolphins. You will enjoy an unforgettable snorkeling session surrounded by these magnificent creatures in a vibrant environment. Afterwards, we will dive in the crystal clear waters of Malahi and Sha’ab Claudia, where you will dive among colorful reefs and fascinating marine wildlife.

The highlight of our expedition will be the two days spent in Daedalus, in search of hammerhead sharks, thresher sharks and longimanus shark. This is a paradise for diving enthusiasts and you will have the opportunity to see these majestic predators up close in their natural habitat. And we must not forget the spectacular Elphinstone, where shark encounters are common and the reefs will take your breath away. Join us and discover the fascinating marine life of the Red Sea!

Sataya

Get ready for an unforgettable experience at Sataya, the famous “Dolphin House”! This area is perfect for those looking to swim with the charming spinner dolphins (Stenella longirostris) and explore stunning coral gardens.

You’ll dive in crystal clear waters, where dolphins often play and swim in groups, performing acrobatics that will amaze you. Additionally, Sataya offers fantastic diving opportunities with vibrant reefs full of marine life, from clownfish to colorful corals.

Fury Shoals

Fury Shoals is an underwater paradise known for its stunning diversity and vibrant coral. At Sha’ab Claudia, you’ll dive into coral gardens that are home to turtles and sharks, makeing for an unforgettable encounter with marine life.

Exploring Sha’ab Maksour is a fascinating adventure, where coral walls rise majestically and large schools of tropical fish swim in harmony. At Malahi, the gentle currents and abundant marine life offer you the opportunity , with some luck, to spot sharks and dolphins swimming alongside you.

Daedalus

Diving on this famous reef is one of the most outstanding experiences in the Red Sea. Known for its iconic lighthouse, it offers a stunning marine environment where natural beauty blends with a rich history.

The coral walls host a wide variety of marine life, and the chance to spot longimanus sharks and, with some luck, hammerhead sharks, which is the highlight of this reef. The sometimes challenging currents add excitement to each dive, while the visibility is usually exceptional.

Divers will also have the opportunity to visit the lighthouse and explore its surroundings. This iconic structure offers panoramic views of the ocean and is the perfect setting to enjoy breathtaking sunsets, which create a magical atmosphere at the end of each day.

Elphinstone

Dive into the magic of this famous reef, known for its stunning coral walls that plunge into the deep blue. The underwater landscape here is simply amazing.

The marine life is vibrant and diverse. With a little luck, you may spot hammerhead and longimanus sharks, as well as turtles and schools of colorful fish.

Visibility is generally exceptional, allowing you to explore every corner of this marine ecosystem.

ITINERARY

DAY 1

Arrival, check in, general briefing and dinner. Overnight in port.

DAY 2

Check dive, second dive and then sail to Sataya.

DAY 3

Sataya Reef, snorkel with dolphins, Malahy, Sha’ab Claudia, night dive and then sail to Daedalus overnight.

DAY 4 – 5

Two days at Daedalus with six dives, then sail to Elphinstone overnight.

DAY 6

Elphinstone, 2 dives, Abudbab, night dive.

DAY 7

2 dives and return to Marsa Alam marina.

DAY 8

Breakfast and check out.

Booking and cancellation conditions

We request a payment of 25% of the total price to confirm the reservation.

The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer at least 1 month before the safari start date.

In case of cancellation, the following fees will be deducted:

61-90 days prior to arrival date: 10% of the safari price.
60-46 days prior to arrival date: 25% of the safari price
45-30 days prior to arrival date: 75% of the safari price
From 30 days prior to arrival date: 100% of the safari price.

FAQ

Do I need a visa to enter Egypt?

Yes, to have it, remember that your passport must be valid for at least 6 more months. You can get it at the airport of arrival, as soon as you leave the plane and it costs 25 USD. We recommend arriving at Hurghada airport.

Do I need dive insurance?

Diving insurance is compulsory. It is possible to buy it on board for a price of 10 euros. D.E.C.O. Card (Diving Emergency Center Organization), valid for 2 weeks and covers the first hyperbaric chamber.

What equipment should I bring?

Dive computer, surface buoy (SMB), snorkel, regulator, BCD, mask, fins, wetsuit. We recommend to bring some spare parts.

If you need to rent equipment, please contact us before the trip.

Remember that you will also need to present us your diving license and the logbook with the number of dives you have done.

What things should I keep in mind?

It is forbidden to hunt, fish, collect, touch corals and shells, throw anything into the sea, feed fish. Gloves and knives are prohibited.

Otherwise, the crew and the boat will be suspended from work for a period of time.
